Acceptable evidence
- Addresses of at least five similar properties in lower bands.
- 1991 sale prices (or 2003 in Wales) for the property or neighbours.
- Recent sale price adjusted back to 1991 using the Nationwide House Price Index.
- Photographs or floorplans showing the property differs from comparables.
